Shipping policy

Sales and Shipping Policy Full or partial order cancellations must be justified and received by IDHats BV within 10 days after the date the order was placed. All orders are firm and can not be changed or altered after 10 day. All goods travel at buyers risk and expenses. Orders can not be cancelled due to shipping delays. All complaints must be received in writing within 10 days after receipt of the goods. All payments are subject to the usual local interest charges plus 5% penalty. In all cases, the legal court of the Netherlands will be upheld. Title of the goods are not transferred until ID Hats has received payment in full for all invoice costs.
